Contact Centre Network NZ Awards

The 2024 Contact Centre Network New Zealand (CCNNZ) Awards celebrated the outstanding achievements of New Zealand’s contact centre professionals. This year’s winners showcased excellence across various categories, including Manager of the Year, Team Leader, Support Professional, Trainer, and Agent of the Year. The awards highlight individuals who have made significant contributions to the industry through leadership, customer service, and innovation. These winners reflect the high standards of performance and dedication in New Zealand's customer contact sector.

Business Support Services Award for FleetPartners

At this year's CCNZ awards, the FleetPartners Customer Experience Team was awarded the prestigious Industry Sector Awards for Business Support Services for the second consecutive year. This achievement was based on the results of mystery shopping activities, which were assessed against strict criteria for customer service excellence.

We were also pleased to celebrate Sneha Kamble who was a finalist in the Team Leader of the Year award and Sailigi Chong Wong as a finalist in the Support Professional of the Year award. Reaching the finalist status reflects their hard work and dedication following a rigorous application process and an interview with the CEO of the CCNNZ.

We've always believed that our customers deserve the best, and this award is a testament to our team's unwavering commitment to excellence.
